Match Copy & Squadding

We will be the shooting 8 stages in the Main and Rimfire events while also recognizing Steel Master.

In addition to the 8 standard Steel Challenge stages, we will be putting together a kick ass outlaw stage with lots of steel and a Texas star.  It will be pay-to-play cash on the range and all proceeds going to a 50/50 draw between one lucky competitor and the Alberta Children Hospital Foundation.

Match Schedule

Day 1 – Friday July 12th:

8:30 to 12:00 – Match Setup

12:00 to 1:00 – Friday PM Registration on range

13:00 to 18:00 – Main and Rimfire starts

Day 2 – Saturday July 13th:

8:00 to 9:00 Saturday AM Registration

9:00 Main and Rimfire continues

12:00 to 1:00 Saturday PM Registration

1:00 Main and Rimfire continues

Day 3 – Sunday July 14th:

8:00 to 9:00 Sunday AM Registration

9:00 Main and Rimfire continues

14:00 Teardown then Awards on range


There is a maximum of 2 main guns and 2 rimfire guns.

EACH GUN MUST BE REGISTERED SEPARATELY

Up to 2 guns will be shot per day.

If you are shooting 1 or 2 guns you may request a preferred shooting day on the registration form.

If you are shooting 3 or 4 guns you will be shooting both days.

First gun is $40, additional guns are $15 each.

Cutoff date for withdrawl and be eligible for a full refund of match fee’s is June 15, 2019

This is a Level III SCSA match and SCSA rules will apply.  All results will be submitted to SCSA.


Shooting Schedule

Shooting schedule and squadding will be posted when finalized

Please note the following:

  • The shooting schedule will be one gun per half day
  • Your squad number and mates will change on the shift between AM/PM due to the number of guns a competitor maybe shooting!
  • The squads will be SELF RO’ing
  • Practiscore and tablets will be used to score the match (every squad will have minimum one individual who is a certified RO and an individual who is familiar with scoring with Practiscore)
  • The squadding schedule may change without notice, the final squadding will be posted on the range.  Updates will be posted here as possible
